What is Job Cost Wizard?
Job Cost Wizard is included with every National Estimator installation, and and serves two functions. First, it’s a report generator for National Estimator, turning estimates into invoices you can mail out in a window envelope. Second, it exports your estimates to QuickBooks Pro where you can track job costs, comparing estimated and actual costs for each part of the job.
Job Cost Wizard Version 2.0 supports qbXML integration with QuickBooks Pro 2002.

This means that a file with the same name that has already been imported. If this is a new, or different, job give the file a new name when saving it in Job Cost Wizard. To import an estimate a second time using the same name, delete the estimate first in QuickBooks Pro.
