If you are not satisfied with any product that you have ordered from us - for any reason - return it within 10 days for a full refund. That's been our policy to customers for over 40 years.
Domestic Shipping Information
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and most major holidays.) NEXT DAY AIR orders that ship on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday in most areas. Saturday delivery is only available in specific areas, and not featured due to limited availability. If in doubt, please call 1-800-829-8123. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day.

International shipments will most likely incur duties and taxes, which are due upon delivery. These are government fees and not controlled by Craftsman Book Company. Since these fees and taxes vary by country we do not have any way to calculate them and charge at the time of purchase.
