Orders ship within 48 hours, not counting weekends and most major holidays. Orders placed on a weekend are processed the next business day.

- Next Day Air orders shipped on a Friday arrive the following Monday in most areas.
- Saturday delivery is available only in limited areas, so we don't offer it as a shipping option.

International Shipping

Duties & Taxes
International orders usually incur duties and taxes, which are due on delivery. These are government fees set by the destination country — not Craftsman Book Company — so they vary by country, and we can't calculate or charge them at checkout.
Refunds
If your product is eligible and you're not satisfied, return it within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you received the wrong product, or you're having a technical problem, contact Customer Service — we'll make it right.
Exceptions
Service/Subscription Renewals and Repeat Purchases
The guarantee applies only to the first purchase of a subscription/service. Renewals, subscription payments, and repeat purchases of the same program or service are not eligible for a refund.

A Few Things to Know About Returns
- Physical books must be returned in good condition, and you cover return shipping.
- Original shipping, duties, taxes, and customs fees aren't refundable.
- Refunds go to your original payment method for the amount you actually paid (including any sale price) and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
Craftsman Book Company may decline a refund if this policy is abused or used fraudulently.
