Helpful hint: Do not save the estimate file in Job Cost Wizard until you are ready to import the file into QuickBooks.
This means that a file with the same name that has already been imported. If this is a new, or different, job give the file a new name when saving it in Job Cost Wizard. To import an estimate a second time using the same name, delete the estimate first in QuickBooks Pro. |
